3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Mexican law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Plamemx reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity and eligibility.
4. User obligations
When using our website and services, you agree to: (a) provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when required; (b) use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms; (c) not attempt to access restricted areas of the site or interfere with its operation; (d) not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the site without express authorization; (e) not use our services for illegal activities or those that contravene current Mexican regulations.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the plamemx.com website, including text, graphics, logos, images, educational material, software, and its compilation, is the property of Plamemx or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile or for any other cause.
9. Dispute resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may resort to mediation or conciliation mechanisms provided by CONDUSEF or, where appropriate, the competent courts indicated in the previous clause.
10. Modifications
Plamemx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the website and our services after the publication of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
